Everyone on the team set at least one new personal best time and each member showed significant growth in learning about their bodies, their minds and what they need to do during the early, mid and late season to get their body and mind ready to race at the highest level possible.  The year wasn’t without hardships and bumps along the way, but everyone kept pushing through and came out with a very successful 2014 season.
